AI processing in the EU, DPA included

AI processing takes place exclusively in the EU. The DPA (data processing agreement) under Art. 28 GDPR is automatically part of the contract, and all data protection documents are available for download.

Encrypted storage and Zero Data Retention

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest on EU infrastructure. Zero data retention is available, so prompts and outputs are not written to persistent storage at the AI gateway.

ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified

Contractually guaranteed confidentiality
